Project Description
The proposed project at 129 Portland Street is part of the Office to Residential Conversion Program. The proposal seeks to convert the existing office space in the 6-story 28k sf building with ground-level retail located at the corner of Portland Street and Valenti Way in the Bulfinch Triangle, creating 25 new units of residential including a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedrooms, and 3-bedrooms. The new residential sf being created totals 22,005 gfa. Conversion requires minimal exterior facade work
