1000 Washington Street and 321 Harrison Avenue

The Existing Office Building, known as 1000 Washington Street, consists of an approximately 260,094 gross square feet office building containing 11 stories, including ground level lobby and loading areas, with below-ground storage and other areas. The Existing Garage consists of a 3-story structure containing approximately 300 parking spaces. The office/lab portion of the Proposed Project involves the construction of a maximum 230,000 gross square feet structure to be built on top of the Existing Garage with retail or gallery space at the corner of Herald Street and Harrison Avenue.
