The consultant will draft two potential concept designs complete with rough cost estimates for one to be advanced to Design Development and then to provide final Construction Documents (“CDs”). Two concept designs will be drafted to determine the potential location(s) of the new fire pump room in best efforts of staying in accordance with current Design Flood Elevations (“DFE”), budget and operational needs of the building prior to proceeding to Design Development.
Additionally, The existing life safety emergency generator system will need to be assessed and reconfigured or potentially redesigned to support this new fire pump and controller. There are as-builts and existing documentation that will be provided. Please provide an add alternate to pursue this scope of work.
