Assessment and Engineering of the 72" Drain on Fid Kennedy Avenue and Service for Parcel W

Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park (“RLFMP”) utilities play a significant role in health, safety and stormwater management for all tenants and users of the park. A recent RLFMP-wide storm drain assessment found 2 specific locations that need either repair or replacement and further, more in-depth investigation. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued to evaluate responses and to contract with a qualified Design Consultant who can conduct further investigation into 2 specific areas that were identified in the recent assessment of the drain system of the RLFMP that requires scope beyond what the assessment final product. Upon further investigation, the consultant will perform design tasks for repair or replacement of these areas and prepare construction documents.
