OWD is seeking a vendor to deliver a pre-apprenticeship program registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Division of Apprenticeship Standards. This program will provide students with career readiness, occupational skills, and wrap-around support to prepare them to enter and be successful in a registered union apprenticeship in the building trades, directly supporting the goals of the Boston Climate Jobs Alliance. The Office of Workforce Development will provide up to a maximum of $388,000 in funding over two years for the execution of the work outlined in the next section, with the possibility of a 6-month no-cost extension.
