This project is to design a roof replacement of the China Trade Building located at 2 Boylston St. The project will upgrade an aged roof system with a new warrantied roof, additional insulation, repairs to joists and roof structure, safety updates to roof perimeter and skylights, and any modifications required to the roof equipment and skylights to accommodate the additional roof thickness. The services will include a site investigation, construction documents, bid assistance, and construction administration.
