Welcome Home, Boston is an initiative by the city to help low- and moderate-income Bostonians become homeowners through creation of new family-sized condo units on city-owned land. The initiative prioritizes low-density developments that match the neighborhood context. The third phase of this initiative aims to deliver new units across Hyde Park, Dorchester, and Roxbury neighborhoods.
