REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the disposition (sale) and redevelopment of 1 parcel of land, ID #0901905000, representing approximately 1,886 square feet of vacant land within the South End Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-56, known as Parcel RR-95 and/or 36 Hammond Street in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston Massachusetts (the “Property”). The BPDA seeks to convey the Property in order to convert the vacant land into a residential use. The RFP package is available on the BPDA Procurement Portal.
The RFP Submission Deadline is November 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
36 Hammond Street is a vacant parcel of 1,886 square feet in Roxbury and is owned by the BPDA. The Planning Department invites the community to envision the future of this site together, in preparation for a Request for Proposals to develop this parcel.
