The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) will be acquiring 11 Ashmont Park as a demonstration project in order to assist with enhancing the Boston Fire Department’s Engine 18 Firehouse by improving its facilities and accommodations. Engine 18 is currently adjacent to this property and in need of these improvements.
