The 1350 Boylston Street project approved by the BPDA Board on December 19, 2013 resulted in a community benefit contribution of $545,000 for the Fenway neighborhood. This is the first of two funding rounds. Up to $275,000 will be available in this round.

If you would like to apply for funding for your organization, applicants are required to submit a plan that describes how they will use the community benefit funds to produce the greatest measurable impact on the community. They are also required to submit a detailed budget and comprehensive plan describing their objectives and goals if they are to receive funding.
