Application for community Benefits | South Boston

Applications due June 2, 2025

Two projects approved by the BPDA Board (45 West Third Street project and the Commonwealth Pier Revitalization project) have resulted in community benefit commitments for local non-profit organizations working in the South Boston neighborhood. Up to $143,000 will be available in this round of funding.

Applicants are required to submit a plan that describes how the applicant will utilize the community benefit funds that will produce the greatest measurable impact on the community.

Applicants are required to submit a detailed budget and comprehensive plan describing their objectives and goals if they are to receive funding.
