•  Gaming Space: approximately 220,000 square feet of gaming space containing
• 4,000-5,000 slot machines, 200 table games, and a World Series of Poker™ room;
•  Retail: approximately 30,000 square feet;
•  Central Utility Plant (CUP);
• Parking: an approximately 2,550-space, six-story parking garage, approximately
• 2,090 surface parking spaces, and approximately 460 below-grade spaces for valet parking (total parking 5,100); and
• Maintenance building.
