Fort Point Channel Pilot Grant - Apply Now

Sponsored by the BRA, the Fort Point Channel Operation Board is seeking proposals for the construction of water-based infrastructure and the development of new, public programming to activate the waterfront, including the HARBORWALK and adjacent open spaces. To be eligible, an organization must be tax-exempt or operate under the fiscal sponsorship of a tax-exempt nonprofit. For profit organizations may be eligible, at the discretion of the Fort Point Channel Operations Board, if the project constitutes a not-for-profit, public, eligible project. See last year's winners here, including Design Museum Boston's Street Seats competition which is unveiling new designs for public seating along the Channel on April 27th from 1 - 3 pm at Gillette's public dock. Improve the public spaces along Fort Point Channel by applying for a $50,000 pilot grant. Application Deadline: Applications are due 5:00 p.m. May 29, 2013.
