Waterside Place Topping Off

Construction workers and local officials celebrated the topping off of Waterside Place, a $120M residential development in the Innovation District that began construction in June 2012.   The 20-story development will feature:
  • 236 units
  • 10,000 SF of ground floor retail
  • 7,000 SF for startups
  • 140 parking spaces
The development team includes The Drew Company, TRO Jung|Brannen, and Suffolk Construction. There are more than 1,300 units of housing under construction on the South Boston Waterfront.
