  Meeting to discuss plans for the new Channel Center Park affiliated with the development at One Channel Center.   275 Albany Street Community Meeting 
Tuesday, February 26, 2013, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Project Place, 1145 Washington St - Suite 2, South End
  Community meeting to discuss a new project proposal at 275 Albany Street.  Albany Street JV LLC is proposing to construct two buildings, one up to 19 stories fronting on Traveler Street and another up to 11 stories fronting East Berkeley Street.  The proposed project calls for the Traveler Street building to house up to 220 units and the East Berkeley building to house up to 180 units.  The project also calls for retail and up to 180 parking spaces.

 

South Huntington Ave Corridor Study Community Meeting 
Wednesday, February 27, 2013, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

  At the 3rd community meeting for the South Huntington Avenue Corridor Study, meeting leaders will summarize finding thus far and then present an initial response, including a draft of the final framework for future development review within the corridor.  A 4th meeting will be held in March.  The break-out group notes and all visuals shared at the previous meetings are available online.
