  The meeting agenda will include an update on Harvard’s leasing activities in Allston, an overview of the Institutional Master Plan projects to be submitted in an Institutional Master Plan Notification Form, and further description of the evolving Barry’s Corner mixed-use project and surrounding context.   North Bennet Street School Community Meeting

  The proponent proposes to substantially rehabilitate the properties located at 130-140 Richmond Street and 152 North Street, and  construct a connector addition to the existing garage structure located at 150 North Street in the North End. The proposed project will transform these two existing city-owned government structures into a new home for the North Bennet Street School.   45-53 Hereford Street Project Community Meeting

  The proposed project has three phases: minimal restorations to 18 dwelling units at 45, 47, and 49 Hereford Street; substantial renovation of 51 and 53 Hereford Street; and new construction of a 10,868 square foot, 4 story addition to the rear of 51 and 53 Hereford Street that will face out to Newbury Street and house commercial and residential uses.   Urban Agriculture Rezoning Working Group Meeting

  This will be the 11th meeting of the Working Group for the Mayor's Urban Agriculture Rezoning Initiative. Agenda topics will include: 1) Continued discussion of Comprehensive Farm Review and Urban Farm Thresholds; 2) Continued discussion on Composting; 3) Continued discussion on Aquaculture, Aquaponics, Hydroponics; 4) Continued discussion of Farmers' Markets, Winter Markets, Farmstands and On Site Sales; 5) Public Process to initiate neighborhood rezoning for the Keeping of Bees and Hens.
