Mayor Menino to Cut Ribbon on New MassArt Dorm

On Monday, September 10, Mayor Menino will join City and State officials and institutional representatives to celebrate the new $61 million Massachusetts College of Art and Design dorm on the Avenue of the Arts. The eye catching building designed by ADD Inc has 493 beds and can house all of MassArt's freshman and sophomores. The new student housing will help alleviate rental housing demand in the Mission Hill and Fenway neighborhoods.
