Project Change Filed for Forecaster Building in Bulfinch Triangle

Pizzuti Development has filed a Notice of Project Change for its proposed Bulfinch Triangle Project. The firm is proposing a mixed use building rehabilitation at 121-127 Portland Street, also known as The Forecaster Building, which will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the district. The developer is proposing to renovate, upgrade, and add two stories to the existing six-story, 73,000 square foot structure. The plan calls for 62 mixed-income loft condominiums, including studios, one, two, and three bedrooms, and 44 indoor parking spaces. The notification also includes two commercial sites totaling 4,080 square feet, with one facing onto Portland Street and one onto Friend Street. The developer is also proposing several environmentally friendly options, including a building wide car and bike share program.
