BRA to Deny General Growth's Request for a Transfer of the Faneuil Hall Marketplace Lease

Today, the Boston Redevelopment Authority informed General Growth Properties that it plans to deny GGP’s request for a transfer of the Faneuil Hall Marketplace lease to Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation, citing: • Multiple requests for key information on capital investment plans and other legal documents required to perform due diligence • Refusal of GGP to allow Ashkenazy to meet with Faneuil Hall Marketplace Merchants Association's Executive Committee.
