Paying it forward: Mass Challenge Partners with Innovation District Welcome Home Challenge winner

Mass Challenge, a global start up competition and accelerator in Boston's Innovation District, has offered the winner of the Innovation District Welcome Home Challenge free space for four employees in their One Marina Park Drive location until November 2011. Additionally, the winner will be able to participate in their Startup Accelerator events. The Innovation District Welcome Home Challenge, invites businesses to compete for  funding by promoting their business or business plan on a web-based forum. Entrepreneurs, innovators, stakeholders, the general public, funders and organizations are encouraged to vote on these submissions, supporting those they think are a best fit for the Innovation District.

“We love being in the Innovation District and are very grateful to the Mayor for being such a great leader. We are thrilled to share our space with the City’s Challenge winner and welcome them to the most collaborative and innovative area on the planet,” said John Harthorne, Mass Challenge Founder and CEO.

The Innovation District Welcome Home Challenge will accept submissions until January 14, 2011 at 11:59PM and voting will continue until April 14, 2011 at 11:59PM.
