The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 4487 Washington Street in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the project updates that have been implemented since the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) was filed on November 25, 2025. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed project located at 4487 Washington Street contemplates a new five-story residential building in Roslindale comprised of 28 dwelling units and 12 off-street parking spaces. The total lot area of the Project Site is approximately 11,058 square feet and the building will contain a total gross floor area of roughly 35,285 square feet.
