The Planning Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed 329 Blue Hill Ave project located in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The Proposed Project is a new five-story elevator building with 51 income- and age-restricted rental housing units. The building will be 48,340 gross square feet. The flat-style units will be age-restricted to households 62 years old and older.
