This community meeting will provide an update on the implementation and funding status of the
Resilient East Boston Waterfront Project at Lewis Mall and Carlton Wharf. With FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funding now secured, the project is advancing into design, engineering, and permitting. This next phase will build directly on the community-informed planning and concept design and technical work completed as part of Coastal Resilience Solutions for East Boston and Charlestown Phase 1 and CZM Coastal Resilience Grant program in 2017-2022.
