Description:
The Planning Department will present the proposed updates for constituent zoning petitions. These updates clarify the rules and procedures for constituents to propose zoning amendments, formalize the Planning Department’s role in reviewing petitions and making a recommendation to the Zoning Commission, and establish a public engagement process that is accessible, equitable, and consistent with City-led rezoning efforts. Interpretation will be provided in Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
