Description:

Please join the BPDA for a virtual public meeting on Monday, September 11, 2023, to discuss the amended zoning language for implementing the plan after the end of the draft public comment period. BPDA staff will present the zoning language, and be available for questions and comments from meeting attendees. This is a public meeting: all are welcome to join, comment, and discuss the proposed plan and zoning changes.

The Draft of PLAN: Charlestown was posted on Friday, July 28. Draft zoning amendments implementing PLAN: Charlestown were posted on August 18, 2023. A public comment period on the draft amendments will be open until September 21, 2023. Revised text amendments may then go to the BPDA Board on September 28, 2023, and then to the Boston Zoning Commission.
