Description:

The BPDA is hosting a Public Meeting for the 330 C Street project located in South Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) and updates to the project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The proposed project consists of a new six-story 74-room hotel, with a ground-floor restaurant, situated at 330 C Street in South Boston. The lot size is approximately 8,202 square feet and is currently occupied by a vacant single-story concrete block building that formerly housed a repair garage.
