Description
The PDA describes Boston Development Group's proposal for the creation of a PDA Overlay District containing approximately 92,849 square feet located in the Cleveland Circle area of Brighton. The PDA site includes an additional approximately .42 acre area located in the Town of Brookline. The PDA site is currently occupied by the shuttered Cleveland Circle Cinema and an Applebee's restaurant.

Description
As background, the 375-399 Chestnut Hill Avenue project was approved by the Boston Redevelopment Authority Board on June 19, 2014. The Zoning Commission then approved the adoption of text and map amendments permitting Planned Development Areas (“PDAs”) in the Cleveland Circle area of Brighton on July 23, 2014.
