Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

The BPDA is hosting a virtual public meeting for the WBZ-TV CBS Studio development to discuss the project.  The project site is anticipated to include the construction of a replacement television station for WBZ-TV CBS Studio consisting of approximately 63,000 square feet of commercial/office space, production space and parking. The site improvements will include 124 secured parking spaces and 16 visitor spaces. The proposed site includes 1200 Soldiers Field Road (location of an existing office building that will be demolished) and a portion of 1170 Soldiers Field Road (current location of WBZ-TV CBS Studio). Upon completion and commissioning of the replacement television station facilities, the existing WBZ-TV CBS Studio building will be decommissioned. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments.

This meeting will be hosted online, using Zoom. You must register using this link, then you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the meeting. You will also receive an email prior to the meeting regarding technical assistance. The meeting will open 15 minutes before 6:00 PM for you to join and troubleshoot any technical issues.
