The staff and many responsibilities of the Boston Planning & Development Agency have moved to the Planning Department of the City of Boston including planning & zoning, urban design, development review, and real estate divisions.   • Model Room Tours: The scale model of the city of Boston is open to the public Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Public Records Requests: To make a request relating to records and public documents, please fill out the Public Records Request form.

We are no longer able to offer printing services for our maps for the public unless part of City of Boston business. Find PDF maps created by staff for download by browsing the categories in the GIS Maps section of our website.
