The Boston Planning & Development Agency Board welcomes the public to attend its Board Meeting in a hybrid format. Board members, development teams, and Planning Department staff will attend these meetings in person in the Board Room on the 9th floor of City Hall. The Planning Department and the Board welcome the public to attend and participate in these meetings in person or virtually – both options will be accessible to all community members. Note that the Board Meeting will start at 3:30 P.M. but the public hearings for the agenda items will start at 5:30 P.M. The agenda for each meeting will be posted 48 hours before the meeting.
