Regarding the March 12 BPDA Board Meeting
The March 12 Board Meeting will continue as scheduled. Out of an abundance of caution, the Board Room has been sanitized and the 9th Floor bathrooms are being cleaned regularly and restocked with supplies. We’re encouraging all staff and members of the public to practice social distancing by limiting the number of people in the Board Room during the meeting. Overflow locations with a live stream of the meeting will be set up in multiple on-site locations.
We’ll accept written testimony from individuals who choose not to attend the meeting in person for the two scheduled public hearings via email. Emailed testimony will be accepted for agenda items #25 Fenway Center Parcel 7 Air Rights & #26 Olmsted Green.
The public is encouraged to email testimony to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5:30 PM today. Testimony will be read during the public hearing part of the Board Meeting. Please note we'll still accept in person testimony for these agenda items.
The BPDA Board meets at regularly-scheduled public meetings which are held once a month on Thursdays beginning at 3:30 PM; usually the second Thursday of the month. Board meetings are held in the BPDA Board Room (the Kane Simonian Room, Room 900) located on the 9th floor of Boston City Hall. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend and may view the BPDA Board meeting schedule via the online calendar. Final Agendas will be posted on this page, below, 48 hours before the scheduled Board meeting.
