This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits competitive proposals for services to eligible youths under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). As a division of the Boston Planning & Development Agency, the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD) will handle all questions concerning this RFP, review all submissions, and prepare funding recommendations.
