The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (“EDIC”) d/b/a The Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is issuing an Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) in accordance with the applicable law, including but not limited to Massachusetts General Law c. 30, § 39M for the annual inspection, testing, servicing, and full preventative maintenance of Fire Alarm Equipment and Systems at 12 Channel Street and 22 Drydock Avenue in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park Boston, MA. The contract scope is more fully described in the Bid Documents.
Contract Value and Terms: The contract will be for a three (3) year term and the value of this contract is estimated not to exceed $150,000 over said three (3) year period.
