This Request For Proposals ("RFP") is offering for sale Parcels P-16C-1, P-16C-2 and P-16C-3, ("the Parcels"); three (3) small, vacant, unbuildable, parcels of land totalling approximately 6,314 square feet, and offered for open space and greenspace use in perpetuity, to support abutting properties. The parcels, part of Project No. Mass. R-55, are located on a steep hillside known as Nanny Goat Hill on Mead Street, between Bunker Hill and Russell Streets in the Charlestown Urban Renewal Area.
