The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is issuing an Invitation for Bids entitled “Arborist Services at BRA Properties” (the “IFB”). The IFB is issued in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30, § 39M, as may be amended. The lowest responsible and eligible bidder will enter into a one (1) year contract (the “Initial Term”), with the BRA holding two one (1) year options that may be exercised at the BRA’s sole discretion. In the event the BRA exercises both options, the contract term shall be three (3) years. The work generally consists of tree trimming and pruning, removal of trees, stump cuts, and tree planting.
