The Boston Redevelopment Authority d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the PLAN South Boston Dorchester Avenue Transportation (hereinafter, the “Transportation Plan”) for consulting services to assist in developing improvements to the transit network in the Boston Seaport District. The BPDA is requesting proposals from respondents that have prior experience with transportation planning projects; transportation engineering; community engagement; and graphic design production. It is anticipated that the drafting of the Transportation Plan will take twelve (12) months to complete; however, the BPDA may, in its discretion, extend the time period for completion to eighteen (18) months.
