The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is issuing an Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) entitled 2018 Landscape & Hardscape Services – for BRA Downtown Waterfront Long Wharf Properties in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30, § 39M for one (1) year contract with two (2) one (1) year extension options solely at the discretion of the BPDA for BRA Long Wharf properties. The contracted services may include but are not limited to planting, weeding and mulching, pruning and removing invasive plant. The contract price is estimated not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars $80,000 a year with a contingency price for services not anticipated or included in the specifications which shall not exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) a year.
