The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the redevelopment of Parcels P-16C-2 and P-16C-3, vacant land located in the Charlestown Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-55(the “Property”). The Property is approximately 4,764 square feet. The most advantageous proposal from a responsive and responsible proponent, taking into consideration price and other evaluation criteria set forth in this RFP, shall be recommended to the BPDA Board for Tentative Designation as the redeveloper of the Property. This RFP offers proponents an opportunity to submit proposals to redevelop the Property for abutter open space use, including as landscaped open space, greenspace buffering or area appropriate terraced gardening for surrounding abutters.
