The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is issuing an Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) entitled 2018 Professional Janitorial Cleaning & Maintenance Services at China Trade Center in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30B, for a one (1) year contract (the “initial term”), with an optional one (1) year extension that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the BRA. The contracted services include but are not limited to: daily, weekly, quarterly, monthly, and as needed janitorial cleaning services along with additional responsibilities.
