The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”) and The Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (“EDIC”) d/b/a Boston Planning and Development Agency (“BPDA”) by its Chief Procurement Officer is issuing a Request For Proposal, hereinafter (RFP) in accordance with Massachusetts General Law c. 30B, § 4, as may be amended, from qualified firms to conduct a benchmark compensation study and make recommendations to update our current compensation plan in accordance with the study. The purpose of the project is to review the BPDA’s existing compensation plan as well as to conduct a comprehensive benchmark market study to ensure that all positions within the BPDA are internally equitable and externally competitive.
