The Planning Office for Urban Affairs, Inc. and JGE Development LLC (together, the “Co-Proponents”), are proposing approximately 105 income-restricted rental apartments, approximately 1,000 GSF of community/commercial space along Blue Hill Avenue,approximately 31 surface parking spaces, ground-floor resident bicycle storage space, outdoor visitor bicycle parking, and associated amenities in a 6-story, L-shaped building with approximately 120,000 square feet of gross floor area, as well as other site improvements at 1590 Blue Hill Avenue.
