The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is seeking community feedback regarding the disposition of this BPDA-owned site as a permanent home for the Charlestown Emergency Medical Services (EMS) substation. The BPDA will consider offering in a Request for Proposals (RFP), this approximately 6,126 square feet of land, stipulating that it be available as part of a larger, private economic development project that includes a permanent, replacement EMS substation within the development as a mandatory community benefit.
