Description:

The BPDA is hosting an Impact Advisory Meeting for the 761-793 Boylston Street project located in Back Bay. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss community benefits. The meeting will include a presentation followed by IAG discussion.

The Project proposes approximately 15,830 sf of retail, 25,720 sf of office/fitness, and nine residential units within the top three stories totaling approximately 18,600 sf.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
