Description:

This is a public meeting to discuss the Notice of Project Change and the Planned Development Area (PDA) amendment. The notice of project change for Pier IV is to describe the proposed work and formalize the approval of the development of a public marina facility including a floating marina support building for a restroom/storage/service uses in the watersheet around Pier 4 ("the Marina"). All benefits of the previously approved project phases will be maintained.
