Impact Advisory Group (IAG) meeting in connection with the proposed One Mystic Avenue project in Charlestown. This will be the first IAG meeting held following the submission of the Project Notification Form (PNF) by One Mystic Owner, LLC  (the "Proponent") to the BPDA on January 29, 2021.

The proposed project consists of the demolition of the existing structures occupying the site and the construction of an approx. 552,000 mixed-use building with up to 695 residential units, retail/commercial space, and approx. 240 off-street vehicle parking spaces.

This meeting is open to members of the general public, however, please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
