Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

Public meeting to discuss the proposed 201 Rutherford Avenue project in Charlestown (the "Proposed Project"). The Proposed Project consists of the redevelopment of approximately 46,407 square feet of an undeveloped portion of the Bunker Hill Mall and includes the construction of a residential building with approximately 240 residential units together with residential amenities, surface and structured parking, and landscaping improvements. The public is encouraged to attend.
