Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

BPDA-hosted Article 80 Virtual Public Meeting in connection with the Proposed Project at 120-122 Hancock Street in Dorchester, for which a Small Project Review Application was filed with the BPDA on October 14th, 2020. A Virtual Public Meeting was originally scheduled for November 19, 2020 but was cancelled.
