Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on BPDA's COVID-19 response.

The purpose of this virtual public meeting is to review considerations related to the proposed amendment to the existing Planned Development Area ("PDA") that includes:

  1. Revision to Building A to increase residential units from approximately 48 to 60; and reduce commercial space to approximately 13,000 SF
  2. Construction of Building D to include approximately 52 senior residences along with accompanying community space

The development team of Nuestra CDC and Windale Development Co. received approvals for the existing PDA in 2016 and has since worked on the implementation of aspects of the multi-phase project which includes a mix of residential (homeownership and rental), commercial, retail, community space, improved pedestrian and road signal enhancement as well as a public community open space.

This meeting will be hosted online, using Zoom. Attendees must pre-register using this link, and will then receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the meeting. You will also receive an email prior to the meeting regarding technical assistance. The meeting will open at approximately 5:45 PM for attendees and participants to join and troubleshoot any technical issues.
