Linkonic Realty, LLC propose to construct a five-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 29,141 square feet. The proposed project will have twenty-three (23) rental units which includes three (3) IDP Units, one (1) commercial retail space and twenty-four (24) garage parking spaces.
