Shanti Acquisition LLC propose to construct a four-story, residential development totaling approximately 34,200 square feet. The proposed project will have thirty-four (34) condominium units which includes four (4) IDP Units (affordable), and twenty-nine (29) garage parking spaces. The proposed project site is approximately 17,812 square feet of land.
