Description:

MG2 Group, LLC propose to construct a five-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 20,595 square feet. The proposed project will have eighteen (18) units which includes two (2) IDP Units, and one (1) commercial unit. In addition, the development will have eight (8) off-street parking spaces.
